West Yorkshire Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) Service

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority has completed the procurement process for two significant services under the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Plan. The contracts awarded include the West Yorkshire Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC) Service and the Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) Service, both crucial in providing support for victims of crime such as stalking and sexual assault. The ISAC service contract is valued at £2,167,200 and the ISVA service at £6,048,000, with both contracts commencing in early 2026. The ISAC service’s contract period is from February 2026 to February 2029, with potential extensions up to 2033, while the ISVA service’s contract period is from April 2026 to March 2029, also with similar extension options. The contracts were awarded to Leeds Women's Aid and the Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre, respectively, enhancing ongoing support across regions in Yorkshire, specifically tailored to meet victim needs through the criminal justice process, and offering both emotional and practical support.
