The service must provide safe, suitable, high-quality, Ofsted-registered supported accommodation and support that promotes safeguarding, stability, positive outcomes and planned progression towards greater independence. Preference is for all bed spaces to be located within Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling, although where this is not possible, up to 40% of bed spaces may be located in Nottingham City. The initial requirement is 1 Solo provision and 1 Core Plus provision, with capacity expected to scale up to a maximum of 2 Solo provisions and 2 Core Plus provisions. Providers must demonstrate that they can mobilise and deliver the required provision and bed capacity within the required timescales.

The initial requirement is 1 Solo provision and 1 Core Plus provision, with capacity expected to scale up to a maximum of 2 Solo provisions and 2 Core Plus provisions. Providers must demonstrate that they can mobilise and deliver the required provision and bed capacity within the required timescales.
