Summary, notice description and lot information
The London Borough of Camden is currently in the tender stage for its "Adult Pathway Services Phase 1" contracts, with procurement involving an open procedure as per the Procurement Act 2023. This initiative focuses on providing social work services with accommodation for single homeless individuals in Camden, with an emphasis on a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and trauma-informed support. The project is situated within the region designated as UKI31, and the procurement is handled via an open procedure under light-touch regulations.
Key dates include an enquiry period ending on 3rd December 2025, and a tender submission deadline on 11th December 2025, with contract awards expected by 15th January 2026. The project includes three separate lots focusing on services for different demographics, each with defined budgets and support requirements. This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses providing accommodation and supportive services tailored for homeless individuals, particularly those experienced in implementing pie and trauma-informed models.
98 million across three packages, businesses capable of supplying properties and support units in the London Borough of Camden will stand to benefit, especially those aligning with VCSE suitability standards. The procurement criteria prioritise quality over price, opening pathways for businesses with a strong service delivery ethos to expand their footprint through partnership with a public authority sub-central government institution.
