The Service can support anyone with either a diagnosis or concerns they may be experiencing Mental Health conditions, to support them to avoid the risk of homelessness, supporting Ceredigion County Council to fulfil its duty under part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014. itt_121343 is Lot 3 for both North & South Ceredigion Mental Health Floating Support. - Providers may ONLY submit for this Lot if they have also submitted for Lots 1 AND 2. - Lot 3 will only be reviewed if a single supplier is successful for Lot 1 AND Lot 2. Lot 3 is not scored and enables providers to outline any discounts or cost reductions that they can offer should they be successful in submissions for both Lots 1 AND 2.
