NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express interest in delivering an Adult non-complex Audiology Service in Birmingham and Solihull. <br/><br/>The Adult Non-Complex Community Audiology service is for patients over 18 years of age, who meet the eligibility criteria set out in this specification. Patients must be registered with a Birmingham and Solihull GP practice for whom Birmingham and Solihull (BSOL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the responsible commissioner.<br/><br/>The service required is for a community based, adult screening and hearing assessment service, treatment including earwax removal and automated audiology in line with the GIRFT Community ENT Framework, hearing aid fitting (where required), follow-up and aftercare services. BSOL ICB is seeking to commission full geographical coverage of provision across rural and urban areas.<br/><br/>The Provider will need to meet the needs of eligible patients whose referral indicates:<br/>* Sight loss/dual sensory loss;<br/>* Requiring translation services including language, lip reading and sign language;<br/>* Learning Disabilities - as special test facilities and techniques are needed;<br/>* Requiring domiciliary care - the Provider must provide all parts of the service at the patient's domicile (including residential or nursing homes) where this is requested in writing by a GP.<br/><br/>Interested parties should express an interest by visiting https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome and searching for project reference C450113.
