The provider will ensure that the group sessions will allow opportunities for dads and co-parents to talk about their experiences, ask for support with specific issues they are facing, meet other people with similar experiences, manage work-life balance, offer mental health support, and to develop social connections to reduce feelings of isolation and to develop confidence.
