Domiciliary Care Tender

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is inviting suitably experienced Service Providers of Domiciliary Care services to attend a market engagement event. It is currently planned to go out to tender Domiciliary Care services around November 2025. The bidders must be aware that TUPE may apply. The event has been arranged for 19th August 2025 at 10:30am, where potential bidders who are interested in delivering the service are invited to meet and discuss with Council Officers the service to be tendered. The format of the event will consist of the following: * Presentation from the Common Commissioning Unit * Feedback sessions on what has been discussed These events have been arranged as an opportunity for the Council to seek feedback from Providers and set the essential criteria you will have to meet to bid for this tender. There will also be an opportunity for potential bidders to ask the Council any questions it may have around the proposed tender. Following on from the event all providers in attendance will be offered the opportunity to attend one to one sessions with Commissioning Officers. These sessions will allow further discussions on tender plans and the models presented. One to one sessions will take place between the 4th and 11th September 2025. Invitations for the one to one sessions will be released following the Market Engagement Event.
