Flexible Contracting Agreement for Externally Provided Day Opportunities

Birmingham City Council is initiating a procurement process titled "Flexible Contracting Agreement for Externally Provided Day Opportunities" in the health and social work services sector. The contract will be carried out primarily within the Birmingham area (UKG31) and is currently in the tender stage. This arrangement, based on a Dynamic Purchasing System, will run for 5 years starting 1 August 2025, with a potential extension of an additional 2 years depending on performance and budget.
