Stoke-on-Trent City Council has reopened their framework for Independent Specialist Provision for Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as part of the CA&FS - CSC/2023/687* initiative. This can be provided through nursery, school and college settings. The re-commissioned Flexible Framework will cease the current Framework.
This contract falls under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime (LTR) - Regulations 74 to 77. As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment. The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open t set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework.
Following the initial tender stage the will be a second opportunity for providers to join the framework after 6mths and then every 12mths following. *** This is the reopening of the Framework at the first 6 month Interval ***
