NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership-Procurement Services, hosted by Velindre University NHS Trust in Cardiff, has awarded the contract for the "Individual Placement Support" service to PEMBROKESHIRE AND CARMARTHEN MIND LTD. This procurement process falls under the health industry category and focusses on delivering a specialist employment service for adults with disabilities. The contract was signed on 1st April 2025 and is valued at GBP 500,000.
It is intended to sustain and enhance the ongoing pilot initiative "Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care" (IPSPC), funded by the Welsh Government and the Department for Work and Pensions.
