Entities with experience in providing integrated health solutions, demonstrating innovation and efficiency, and adding social value will find this contract aligns with their expertise. The Stroke Association, currently engaged in delivering similar services across Sussex, provides a useful benchmark for understanding the tender's scope and expectations, notably in ensuring a seamless transition for stroke patients from hospital to community-based support.
This procurement offers a platform for businesses to contribute meaningfully to healthcare provision while promoting social responsibility and service sustainability.
