NHS Frimley ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission provision to provide a Local CAS & ED Revalidation Service. Primary Care Clinical Assessment & ED Revalidation service for Frimley ICS patients in Bracknell, RBWM & Slough Places. The four main elements to the provision of the core services are: * Interoperability with 111 service * Clinical input - diagnosis and treatment * Suitable accommodation for patients to be seen face-to-face * Transport - cars including drivers for home visiting The core service will integrate with the local 111 and other health and care services, observing the overriding principles of seamless transfer. "Integrated" in this context is defined as ensuring that the caller's journey through the urgent and emergency care system is supportive and seamless. Frimley ICB has followed PSR Direct Award C for the contract to which this notice relates. The total expected value of the contract for the 10-month contract term is PS531,248. The contract period will commence on 01 June 2026. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
