The service will provide both assessment and high needs beds, and at least three emergency beds. The service is expected to work with young people entering the service will have a range of complex needs. Tenders bidding for this service must have available 18 units at tender stage. The Assessment service will be made up of 40 units of accommodation, with the inclusion of two emergency beds across two properties. The services will provide both assessment and high needs beds, and at least three emergency beds (one per setting). The young people who are referred to the service will be those young people whose support needs meet the criteria for the service. Tenderers must have experience of successfully gaining Ofsted registration for at least one supported accommodation provision for young people.
