Social Impact Framework

The East Of England NHS Collaborative Hub is planning to implement a Social Impact Framework aimed at addressing health inequalities and the broader determinants of health. This framework is structured as a multi-lot agreement to facilitate the procurement of diverse community-focused services, including mental health support, housing, employment services, and more. It will serve NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, and other public sector entities.

The procurement process is currently in the planning stage, with key dates including the start of the contract period on 1st October 2025, and it is planned to run until 30th September 2027, with a potential extension to 2033. The framework, centred in the UK, promises to be inclusive, welcoming bids from SMEs and VCSEs, reflecting its suitability for a wide variety of service providers in the health and social work services industry. A preliminary market engagement, including supplier webinars held in April 2025, informed the framework, which is scheduled to be advertised from 1st July 2025.
