NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (GICB) seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations that have the necessary capability and capacity to provide Sexual Assault and Abuse Therapies Services for Adults (18 and over). The commissioner requires a responsive, local countywide service model which will deliver a trauma-informed therapeutic support service designed to meet the emotional and psychological needs of adults affected by sexual assault or abuse at different times throughout their recovery (from trauma stabilisation to trauma processing and recovery). The service will provide tailored support using a range of therapeutic modalities that are evidence-based and trauma-informed, helping survivors recover from the psychological impacts of trauma. The interventions will provide a variety of support giving choice to clients and meeting their needs regardless of when the assault or abuse took place. NHS Gloucestershire ICB is seeking to enter into a contract with the preferred bidder for an initial period of 3-years, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period, to commence on 1 August 2025. NHS Gloucestershire ICB expects that the service provided will represent value for money. The successful bidder for Lot 1 (Adults) will receive the following annual values over the life of the contract: Year 1 - PS185,500 Year 2 - PS148,000 Year 3 - PS148,000 Year 4 (Extension Option) - PS148,000 Year 5 (Extension Option) - PS148,000 Bidders unable to provide the services within the cost envelope detailed above will be excluded from this procurement. The commissioner requires a responsive, timely, local countywide service which will deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support to 0-8 year olds who have been affected by child sexual abuse or assault and their non-abusing parents, carers, and siblings at different times throughout their recovery. The service will provide tailored support using a range of therapeutic modalities that are evidence-based, trauma-informed and appropriate when working with young children and families. The support will help children and families to recover from the psychological impacts of trauma. Provision should include collaboration and liaison with other Children and Family Services within local pathways and networks of support to deliver holistic care. NHS Gloucestershire ICB is seeking to enter into a contract with the preferred bidder for an initial period of 3-years, with an option to extend for a further 2-year period, to commence on 1 August 2025. NHS Gloucestershire ICB expects that the service provided will represent value for money. The successful bidder for Lot 2 (Under 9 (0-8-year-olds)) will receive an annual contract value of PS30,000 for the contract period (including the 2-year extension option). Bidders unable to provide the services within the cost envelope detailed above will be excluded from this procurement.
