This was primarily be through those identified vis the Street Work but also via the Early and Effective Intervention (EEI) process or other referral routes as required. It was also to be a requirement to signpost individuals to other relevant intervention, support provision in West Lothian. The service was required to cover a specific geographic area based on the multi member wards and the communities within them.
Lot 4 - Area 4 - Linlithgow, Winchburgh, Broxburn, Uphall West Lothian Council wished to continue to commission detached, street-based youth work provision.
