This includes Emergency Placements and Respite Care. This re-opening is restricted to Providers operating in the following areas only: * North Derbyshire (Bolsover, Chesterfield, High Peak, North East Derbyshire) * South Derbyshire (Amber Valley, Derbyshire Dales, Erewash, South Derbyshire) * Derby City * Nottinghamshire * Nottingham City The Framework is applicable to the following client groups: * Mental Health * Learning Disabilities * Autism Spectrum Condition * Physical Disabilities * Sensory Impairment * Acquired Brain Injury * Those with unpredictable levels of behaviour that challenges services This Framework is not relevant to care home providers with only services for people over 65 years of age. IMPORTANT - PREVIOUSLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY UNLESS THEY WISH TO ADD ADDITIONAL CARE HOMES.
