Talking Therapies

NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board has initiated a procurement process for Talking Therapies, a community-based health service aimed at improving access to psychological therapies for common mental health issues in the Surrey region (UKJ26). The procurement is currently in the award stage under a limited method without prior publication of a call for competition, in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. An intention to award notice has been published with a standstill period ending on 26 September 2025.

The contracting process began on 15 September 2025, with We Are With You identified as the intended provider. The service targets adults over 17 registered within Surrey ICBs, barring NE Hampshire & Farnham Place. This follows strategic priorities outlined in the NHS Long Term Plan and other key national frameworks.
