An Accommodation Based Housing Related Support Service for People Experiencing Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence (VAWDASV)

Wrexham County Borough Council is inviting tenders for an accommodation-based housing-related support service for people experiencing violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence. The Housing Support Grant-funded service is intended to prevent homelessness and help people build the capability, independence, skills and confidence to access or maintain a stable and suitable home. The contract is expected to start on 1 February 2027 and run for an initial three years, with two optional two-year extensions to 30 January 2034.

The estimated total value is £518,000 excluding VAT and £621,600 including VAT. The maximum available annual budget is £74,000 excluding VAT, and the official notice states that bids above this yearly amount will not be considered. Responses must be submitted electronically through eTenderWales under Project 64461 and ITT 127844 by 16 November 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
