Five days, evenings and nights: how Mari Support Services prepared for its CQC interview around a full-time job
Mariam had already built Mari Support Services and sent CQC her full application. Her Fit Person Interview was five days away, and she was still working full time. We collected every submitted document, read the evidence properly, then coached her in the evenings and at night. Understanding came first, practice second. She passed, and on 1 April 2026 CQC registered Mari Support Services.

How do you prepare for a CQC interview in five days?
Start with the exact documents you sent CQC. Identify what you promised, how each process works and the evidence behind your decisions. Understand your own service before rehearsing answers. Then practise aloud through mock interviews, realistic scenarios and follow-up questions. Five days is demanding, so every session must focus on what matters most.
The starting point
Ready on paper.
Five days to own it.
Mariam had already submitted the full application. The final task was to explain her own service clearly, confidently and under pressure.
