Where they started
A name, a vision, and everything else to build
When the founder first got in touch, the company already had its name. It also had a clear vision: good, personal home care across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
What it did not have was a brand, a website, a business plan, policies or a CQC application. New domiciliary care applications are now checked strictly by CQC before they are accepted, so one missing or mismatched document can mean months of delay. Everything had to be right first time.
The brand
Two people, held by one heart
The mark shows two people reaching for each other inside a heart, one pink and one purple, which is the promise of home care in a single picture. We built the full identity around the name the founder had chosen: logo, colours and type, then the Facebook and LinkedIn pages and client leaflets. The website
Every word written first, then built
We did not design a website and hand it over. We wrote every page first and sent it to the founder to read and approve, because it is their company and their voice. Only once they were happy did we design and build it. Read more about our websites for care providers.

The registration
An application pack written for one service, and a manager ready for interview
While the brand and website came together, we built the whole CQC registration behind them.
Brand and marketing
