Three of the self-contained flats are occupied by permanent tenants, while the other 11 flats are used as temporary accommodation for individuals who have suffered from an illness or accident and waiting to return to their own home once adaptations are completed or waiting to be rehoused. The property also has office space and communal areas for which we require to generate the maximum rental income. From the location of Wolsley House, Crayford, Kent, the purpose of this contract is to provide scheme management which incorporates support for tenants, management of the physical building and promotion of rental opportunities to generate income for the Council.
