The overall aim of Pathway 4 is to support residents to recover from drug and/or alcohol use and to develop the skills, resources and resilience to move through and out of Pathway accommodation and into long-term, independent accommodation. This process has been undertaken on a voluntary basis with the Services being exempt from Part 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 by virtue of Regulation 10(1)(a), but with a view to attracting as many Service Providers as possible.
