AWARD of Refresh of Framework Agreement for Young Person Housing Related Support

The City & County of Swansea has completed the awarding of a framework agreement intended to support young people with housing needs, specifically those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness around Swansea, in the UKL18 region. This procurement process falls under the category of services related to social assistance and aims to establish temporary supported accommodations across the city. The framework refresh includes opportunities for new providers to join as well as current ones to expand their service provision into additional framework lots.

The procurement stages include the active tendering process which concluded on 10th December 2024, with contracts signed on 15th May 2025.
