The aim of the Mental Health Place of Calm Service in Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES) is to operate as a space for individuals who are suffering from mental health issues or emotional distress to be able to visit and receive immediate support. The service is aimed at anyone who is at risk of a mental health crisis or who is struggling to manage their mental wellbeing and would benefit from professional support. In line with the Provider Selection Regime regulations and the process undertaken (Most Suitable Provider) the following notice was previously published: F01: Prior Information Notice - 2025/S 000-002860 The lifetime value of the contract is expected to be PS211,693. This is an existing service and will be delivered by an existing provider. It is anticipated that the contract will be in place until 31st March 2026. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.
