CSC25030 Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) 2025

Torbay Council has successfully moved forward with the award stage of the procurement process for the CSC25030 Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) 2025. This initiative, funded by the Department for Education, aims to provide both activities and meals to children eligible for Free School Meals during school holidays. The procurement focused on service delivery across Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham with special provisions for teenagers and children with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The contracts, awarded on 14th July 2025, will be active from 28th July 2025 to 28th January 2026, inviting an open procurement method targeting light-touch services in the UKK42 region, with the projects entailing service enhancements in children’s holiday camps and associated social work services.
