The maximum budget for this contract for the duration of the agreement (initial term of 12 months with potential extensions of two up to 12 months) PS303,000.
The council proposes to enter into the contract for an initial period of 12 months with the successful tenderer. There are 2 optional extensions for up to 12 months each. These optional extensions are at the absolute discretion of the council. If the contract runs for the initial period only it will end on 01/08/2026. If the contract uses all of the optional extension periods it will end on 01/08/2028
