The key criteria of the Provider selection regime and the Authority is of the view that the existing provider is satisfying the existing contract to a sufficient standard and that they will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. Commissioners from the ICB and the city have recently reviewed the effectiveness of the service the current provider has been able to meet the specification, has responded to the challenging nature of the service effectively and achieved good outcomes with people.
Additional information: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (PSR) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The publication of this notice marks the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 15/12/2025. the contract has not yet been formally awarded this notice serves as an intention to award under PSR direct award process C.
