Denbighshire County Council wishes to commission a Domestic Abuse Homelessness Support Services for survivors of Domestic Abuse and is offering the opportunity for interested organisations to submit a bid for the new service. The service encompasses an overall holistic service, floating support and refuge provision. - Emergency access refuge for households with a variety of needs, circumstances and characteristics - Floating /community support for households with a variety of needs, circumstances and characteristics including move on and resettlement support Citizens supported will be of any gender, aged 16 or above single or part of a couple and may or may not have children. Support will be flexible depending on individual need. Responding to a diverse range of complex and specialist needs e.g. substance misuse and mental health. The Domestic Abuse (refuge and floating support) contract is part of Denbighshire County Council's transition to Rapid Rehousing and contributes to reducing homelessness in line withDenbighshire's Corporate Plan 2022-2027. Funded through the Housing Support Grant (HSG) in line with the programme outcomes. Co-production must be at the heart of this project. Survivors supported must have their voices heard and be able to shape their support and how the service develops. Supporting creativity and innovation. Partnership/consortium bids welcome. Community benefits required. Contract value: 465,467.48 GBP per annum. Contract length: 5 years with a two-year option to extend.
