Devon ICB - Children and Young People's (CYP) Admission Avoidance and Discharge Support Service

On 11th June 2025, NHS Devon Integrated Care Board initiated planning for recommissioning the Children & Young People's In-Reach Discharge Support Service. This process was conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, with an expected start date for services on 1st April 2026.
