Disagreement Resolution and Mediation

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has completed the procurement process for the "Disagreement Resolution and Mediation" service, intended for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This contract, awarded to COMMUNITY ACCORD, covers the UKE12 region in the United Kingdom. Initiated as an open competition under the light touch regime, the contract for welfare services was signed on 14th July 2025, with an implementation period from 1st August 2025 to 31st March 2028.
