Framework Agreement for The Provision of Management, Collection, Slaughter, Salvage and Disposal of Farmed Livestock for TB Control Purposes ("Reactor Removal")

The Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) has completed the award stage of a procurement process for a Framework Agreement titled "Provision of Management, Collection, Slaughter, Salvage and Disposal of Farmed Livestock for TB Control Purposes" across England, Scotland, and Wales. This open procurement process, valued at GBP 8,000,000, falls under the agricultural services industry category. The contract period will begin on 1st March 2025 and conclude on 28th February 2029.

The framework is principally managed by Defra in collaboration with APHA, Scottish Government, and Welsh Government, although APHA is anticipated to handle most awards.
