Please note the below list is an example of where employees may require support but is not exhaustive: - Stress at home or work - Family/relationship problems - Harassment or bullying at work - Bereavement - Anxiety and depression - Post-traumatic stress or trauma - Addiction issues - Critical incident debriefing - Concerns that are causing anxiety.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
