Additionally, Provider(s) will offer Counselling Services to employees facing stress and mental health issues, with the primary aim of maximising attendance at work and preventing absences. Please note the below list is an example of where employees may require support but is not exhaustive: - Stress at home or work - Family/relationship problems - Harassment or bullying at work - Bereavement - Anxiety and depression - Post-traumatic stress or trauma - Addiction issues - Critical incident debriefing - Concerns that are causing anxiety.
