The Youth Justice Nurse completes a comprehensive individual health assessment for children and young people in contact with the Hackney Youth Justice Service or following their release from a secure setting. This will ensure that the health needs of children and young people are identified through the delivery of high quality and holistic health assessments which consider physical, sexual, emotional wellbeing and mental health, cultural needs and health promotion.
