Lot 2 - Digital Sexual Health Service includes: * Confidential, digital-first service for Wiltshire residents * Key components: * Online triage and self-assessment * STI/HIV self-sampling kits and results * Remote prescribing and partner notification * Condom provision, and PrEP initiation, continuation and pathway management * Key access benefits: * Rural populations * Those facing stigma or access barriers * Reduces demand on face-to-face services through appropriate triage and self-management
Lot 3 - Community Outreach and Prevention Service (COPS) includes * Prevention-focused, non-clinical service * Key components: * Targeted outreach to priority populations * Communications and campaigns * Workforce training and system capacity building * Condom distribution schemes * Primary focus: * Improving sexual health literacy * Increasing service uptake * Tackling inequalities and barriers to access * Supports prevention, awareness and access across the wider sexual health service model
