Norfolk County Council has engaged in a public procurement process to provide Healthwatch services across Norfolk. This contract, titled "Healthwatch Norfolk," is anticipated to begin on 1st October 2025 and is set to conclude on 30th September 2027, with potential extensions leading up to a maximum date of 30th September 2031.

The project serves the regions UKH15, UKH16, and UKH17 within the United Kingdom. To do this effectively, develop targeted engagement strategies that are tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of different groups.
The Contract may be extended by up to 60 months (36 + 24) at the Council's discretion.
