Lot 1 - Maximum estimated value of the contract over 6 years - A single pan-London contract delivering: * Coordination of referrals, property nominations and allocations * Partnership working with housing associations and support providers * Management of the 3,700+ home Clearing House partnership * Providing the Clearing House system used by stakeholders to make referrals and advertise homes.
Lot 2 - The TSTs will provide floating long-term support to tenants in Clearing House accommodation. Working in partnership with the Clearing House and landlords, the service will deliver client assessments and on-going tenant support around: * Tenancy sustainment * Access to employment, training and education * Personal wellbeing, community integration and independence
