The Relevant Authority is conducting the procurement using the "Competitive Process" under "The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023". for the purpose of procuring the services described in the Specification (Services) as attached in Appendix 1, Specification. The London Borough of Havering is procuring a contract to supplement the existing in-house OT service, provided by London Borough of Havering, to deliver OT and Occupational Therapy Assistant assessments as and when required. The Provider is not guaranteed to be offered any work by the Authority but if so offered, the Provider shall undertake to perform that work in accordance with the service specification and the Contract terms and conditions.
The Contract shall commence on the 1st October 2025 and, subject to satisfactory performance, shall continue until 30th September 2026, with a 4 x1 year extension option. ("the contract period"). This procurement process is conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 ('PSR').
