Ofsted Registered Supported Accommodation for 16-17 Year Olds

Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has initiated an open procurement process for the provision of Ofsted-registered supported accommodation for 16-17 year-olds. The services are divided into three lots: six units of accommodation with round-the-clock support in Redcar and Cleveland, 15 units of supported accommodation in the Tees Valley area, and a pseudo-framework for supported accommodation available on demand across the region. 35 million net, is categorised under social work and related services.

Key dates include an enquiry period ending on 19th December 2025, with submissions due by 6th January 2026, and an expected award announcement by 5th March 2026.
