Southend-on-Sea City Council is reopening the provision of a framework for Children's Residential and Accommodation services for: Lot 1 - Residential Homes Lot 2 - Supported Accommodation The framework first opened on the 20th of February 2025 and closed on the 24th March 2025. The framework will reopen in January 2026. A market engagement event is being held virtually via teams on Wednesday the 7th of January at 10am.

Original Contract Term is 3 years (36 months), however this framework was established in 2025 and therefore the framework contract term has already commenced.

Additional information: Please note that the following sub-lots will not be re-opening: d) Multi-occupancy accommodation for young people 18 - 25 with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF). e) Multi occupancy for former relevant young people age 18-25 who continue to have support needs but are not eligible for adult social care and/or young people aged 16 and 17 who are not looked after or a Child in Need but are homeless and require age-appropriate provision.
