The purpose of this service is to help Cheshire East Council to achieve the 4 key priorities outlined in our Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy: - Enable people to remain in their own home - Enable people who are homeless to secure appropriate accommodation. - Provide interventions to prevent / reduce rough sleeping - Ensure adequate support is in place to help maintain and sustain accommodation The total overall value of the contract is PS2,199,990 for a period of 5.5 years. The initial period is 3.5 years (42 months) with 2 x 12 month optional extensions.
Extensions will be implemented at the sole discretion of the Council.
This is a contract with an initial term of 42 months from 01/10/25 - 31/03/29 with 2 x 12 months optional extensions to be extended at the sole discretion of the Council. The last possible end date, if extensions are implemented, is 31/03/2031.
