Support for Victims of Modern Slavery

Serco Limited is seeking partners for the "Support for Victims of Modern Slavery" contract, commissioned by the Home Office. This procurement is in the planning stage, with an engagement end date set for 31st March 2025. The contract, expected to commence in January 2026, will cover the regions of England and Wales, providing essential services to aid victim-survivors of modern slavery.

These services will include safe accommodation, healthcare, legal aid, translation services, and support for return journeys when necessary. The industry categories involved are primarily Education and Training Services (CPV: 80000000) and Health and Social Work Services (CPV: 85000000). Interested parties are encouraged to submit expressions of interest by 28th March 2025.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) to join Serco Limited’s supply chain. Businesses with a regional or specialist focus in support work, specialist psychological services, accommodation provision, financial assistance, and other specialised services will be especially well-suited to compete. This partnership will aim to co-design and deliver a comprehensive service that ensures the best possible outcomes for victim-survivors of modern slavery, hence creating a robust support network that benefits all parties involved.
