The service will work 1:1 with foster carers through to providing group supervision support for residential care teams. WCC will support the provider in the continual development of the service to ensure it continues to respond to WCC needs.
The aim of the service is to provide dedicated psychological support, advice, training, consultation and supervision to: o WCC Foster carers. o WCC Fostering social workers and social care workers. o WCC Residential home staff.
