This procurement is classified under CPV code 85144000 for Residential health facilities services and falls under the services category. The core term of the DPS is 36 months from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2025, with two optional 12-month extensions.

Sefton Council is inviting service providers to bid for rehabilitation placements at three levels – Standard, Enhanced, and Specialist – to ensure a comprehensive treatment and recovery service for individuals across various need categories.
This opportunity is accessible via a restricted procedure through electronic submission. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specializing in residential rehabilitation and substance misuse treatment services. Companies that provide multi-cultural programmes, disability access, and comprehensive care coordination are well-suited for this DPS.
The procurement method aims to foster a dynamic, responsive sourcing environment, allowing more frequent engagement with the marketplace. Businesses offering specialized services, such as dual diagnosis support, complex physical health needs, and support for alcohol-related conditions, can distinctly position themselves to meet the specific levels of service required. The DPS structure enables ongoing service refinement and expansion, thus offering businesses the potential for consistent growth and long-term partnerships with Sefton Council.
