NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are issuing this Procurement Documentation in connection with the Accreditation of the following services: -Children and Young People Autism Diagnostic Assessment Service -Adult Autism Diagnostic Assessment Service -Children and Young People Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessment, Diagnosis and Management Service -Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Assessment, Diagnosis and Management Service The Procurement process aims to accredit Applicant(s) to provide the Services which are the subject of this Procurement. The scope of the Services is outlined within the drafted service specifications, and the fully drafted version of the NHS Standard contract which provides details of the pricing, activity and reporting requirements. Applicants are strongly advised to review this as it has been developed specifically for delivery of these services. The ICB will promote Accredited Providers to all referring parties as those which NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board can endorse as being able to deliver the full spectrum of care required for the pathways listed above for the registered population within the ICB boundaries. The Commissioners are looking to establish Contracts to cover the Services, for an initial period of 3 years plus up to a 2-year extension. There is no guaranteed activity or income for Accredited Providers as these services are subject to patient choice. This notice is to inform providers of the release of documentation to initiate an accreditation process to deliver these services. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Responses must be submitted through the Intend e-Procurement Portal on the link provided in this notice prior to the stated deadline. Additional information: The Authority may wish to introduce additional services during the lifetime of the contract ("Contract modifications"). Such contract modifications will be contemplated where additional requirements are similar and or complementary to the services already included in the Specification, at any given time. Such expansion would be by the addition of services commissioned by the Authority as named in the Contract Notice (or its successor). To this end, the Applicant should be aware that after the award of contract, there is a possibility that the successful Applicants may be offered a variation to the contract in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The Authority anticipates there may be a need to expand the number of referrers able to refer into this Service within the locality of the Authority. At the time of publishing this notice the Authority is unable to quantify this potential, or state whether this need will be realised.
