NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) are seeking to secure prime provider(s) with the capability and capacity to deliver an APMS service at Graham Road Surgery and Horizon Health Centre, in line with specified requirements.<br/><br/>The contract duration for the contract is 15 years, service commencement date 1st December 2025.<br/><br/>TUPE will apply to the transfer of the contract from the incumbent provider to the incoming provider and this information will be supplied to Bidders on request<br/><br/>Total Value of the contract is PS51 million (excluding VAT)
