1A = Supported accommodation in a self-contained unit. 2A = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises used to accommodate only looked after children and care leavers. 3A = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises which are not limited to accommodating looked after children and care leavers.
1B = 18+ Supported accommodation in a self-contained unit where accommodation is for sole use of young person. 2B = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises to accommodate only looked after children and care leavers. 3B = Supported accommodation in a shared or group living situation in premises which are not limited to accommodating looked after children and care leavers.
The Approved Provider List (APL) is initially open for 5 years. If is still suits the business need that it may be extended on an annual basis for another 5 years in total. This means the APL may be open for a total of 10 years.
