Award of Dynamic Purchasing System for Domiciliary Care Services in Powys

Powys County Council has completed a procurement process through the issuance of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of domiciliary care services in the Powys region. This process, classified under the health and social work services category, is being conducted using a selective procurement method under a restricted procedure. The DPS is designed to remain open, allowing new providers to join through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.

The contract involves various lots covering domiciliary care services across town, rural, and remote rural areas of Powys. Over the award period, multiple suppliers, including SAANNIE Medical Services, Q CARE, Phoenix Homecare, CARE & GRACE, and Llewelyn Support Services, have been selected to provide these services, generating a total contractual value of approximately £11,586.93, with the latest awards announced in June 2025.
