The service includes: * providing a responsive provision which meets the needs of any amendments to current vaccinations and immunisation programmes; * delivering elements of immunisation programmes applicable to each individual; * ensuring vaccinations and immunisations are delivered in accordance with the vaccination and immunisation requirements; * offering flexible arrangements for vaccination services in the home and community settings; * empowering individuals to make informed decisions regarding immunisations; * recording, electronically, in an accurate and timely manner details of the vaccination against the individuals record held by the Provider and ensuring that this information is shared with the Child Health Information Service. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
