Swindon Borough Council is seeking to commission a supported living framework for adults with needs aged 18 and over. The term of the contract will be initially 2 years, with two potential 2yr extensions making to total possible duration of 6yrs. Please see ITT documents for details. Initial 2yr contract value is PS42m with a potential 6yr value of PS126m should the additional two extension periods be implemented. The Framework will be under one lot but with three categories 1. General Needs 2. Complex Needs 3. Complex Plus The Framework will be advertised and all applicants must pass the minimum criteria to be awarded a place on the Framework. There will be a core requirement for any bidding providers to apply for category one (General Needs). Bidders can then decide if they wish to also apply for category 2 and 3 (Complex and Complex PLUS), bidders cannot apply for categories 2 or 3 without bidding and being awarded a place for Category one (General Needs) as users often need to move between category one and the other categories To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 26th February 2025, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
